Chart Refresh Intervals - Data Refresh Settings
In the More Settings section of each gadget, you can enable Auto Refresh to control how often the gadget fetches fresh data. This allows gadgets to refresh their cached data automatically at defined intervals. You can configure each gadget individually, with refresh intervals ranging from 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on how frequently the underlying data changes.
Refresh intervals begin counting only when the dashboard containing the gadget is opened. Time elapsed while the dashboard is closed does not count toward the refresh interval.
Opening a dashboard does not trigger an immediate refresh. The refresh occurs only after the configured interval has fully elapsed. For example, if you open a dashboard at 10:00 AM and the gadget’s refresh interval is set to 5 minutes, the data will refresh at 10:05 AM, not immediately upon opening.
