Formula Metric Calculation

All Performance Objectives app gadgets, except for the Multi Metric Combined Chart and Multi Metric Trend Chart gadgets, support formula metric calculation.

On your gadget configuration screen, choose 'Formula' as a measure option. This enables you to combine different metrics from various data segments defined in the data sources, creating custom formula metric calculations that suit your Jira reporting needs. Add a custom formula metric name, and hover over the formula expression field to see a tooltip with formula examples. You can use key mathematical operators such as equals, greater than, less than, multiplication, and others.
