Breached FRT vs Breached TTR vs Number of Issues
This report displays three key metrics on a single chart: the number of issues that breached the First Response Time (FRT), those that breached the Time to Resolution (TTR), and the total number of issues. By visualizing these metrics together, it helps teams understand the relationship between response times, resolution times, and overall issue volume, offering a comprehensive view of SLA performance.
The gadget used for this report is Multi Metric Combined Chart gadget.
Step 1: Add a Data Source filtering issues as shown on the images below:
Step 2: Add three times ‘Number of issues’ metric and assign different Data Sources (A, B, C) to each metric, as shown on the right.
Step 3: Display by ‘Resolved’ by week.
