Percent Overdue Issues Per Assignee

This report visualizes the percentage of overdue issues assigned to each individual in a circular gadget. It helps teams quickly identify which assignees have the highest proportion of overdue tasks, offering a visual way to track individual performance and workload distribution.

The gadget used for this report is the Circular gadget.

Step 1: Choose the data source/s you wish to analyze.

Step 2: Select the ‘Number of overdues’ metric and set ‘Actual date’ to ‘Resolved’ and ‘Due date’ to ‘Due date’.

Step 3: Configure ‘Level 1’ with the ‘Assignee’ field.

Step 4: Configure ‘Level 2’ with the ‘Priority’ field.

Step 5: Select Donut chart and save
