This report visualizes support requests by hour and day in a heatmap format, highlighting peak periods of activity. It helps teams identify when support demand is highest, enabling better resource planning and improved response time management during busy hours.
The gadget used for this report is the Heat Map gadget.
Step 1: Add a data source.
Step 2: Keep the default metric selection as ‘Number of issues’.
Step 3: Horizontal by ‘Created’ by Day
Step 4: Vertical by ‘Created’ by Hour
