Satisfaction per Assignee
This report tracks the number of issues handled by each assignee, categorized by customer satisfaction score. It helps teams assess individual performance and understand how satisfaction levels correlate with specific assignees, providing insights into areas for improvement or best practices in delivering customer support.
Step 1: Add a data source.
Step 2: Keep the default metric selection as ‘Number of issues’.
Step 3: Display by ‘Assignee’.
Step 4: Stack by ‘Satisfaction’ field and activate Stack by Percentage option.
