Summary

This release updates our app to use Jira’s new search APIs before the old ones are turned off, and includes several usability and visual fixes. The changes aim to keep the app reliable, faster, and easier to use.

Improvements to existing features

  • STAC-1469: Updated the app to use Jira’s new, more performant search APIs before the old ones are deprecated, ensuring searches remain fast and reliable.

  • STAC-1452: Improved support for custom Story Points fields so you can better align the app with your team’s specific Jira configuration.

  • STAC-1451: Ensured compatibility of our REST endpoints with Jira Data Center 10.0.x, so you can safely upgrade Jira without impacting the app.

  • STAC-1457: Applied security-related package upgrades to keep the app secure and up to date.

  • STAC-1472: Added handy preset date ranges (Current month, Current 3 months, Current 6 months, Current 12 months) to make it easier and faster to filter your data.

Bug fixes

  • STAC-1507: Fixed a defect where Story Points could be calculated incorrectly in certain edge cases when historical data was missing.

  • STAC-1471: Fixed an issue with agile board reporting “Estimation by Number of Issues” where counts could be inaccurate.

  • STAC-1470: Resolved problems related to editing and refreshing events on Server.

  • STAC-1468: Fixed an error affecting approval users so approval-related views and data work as expected.

  • STAC-1465: Fixed an issue with Multi Metric Range date and multiple data sources where “Number of issues” could show incorrect results.

  • STAC-1454: Addressed incorrect results when using JQL with status was not in by disabling this option in the data source configuration to prevent misleading data.

  • STAC-1450: Improved the vertical responsiveness of the heatmap so it displays correctly on different screen sizes.

  • STAC-1447: Fixed a sprint-related bug that affected how the “First in Sprint” process was calculated or displayed.

  • STAC-1446: Resolved data inconsistencies in sprint reporting to ensure your sprint metrics are accurate.

  • STAC-1489: Fixed dark theme issues where target dataset options appeared in white and were hard to read.

  • STAC-1404: Fixed missing images on the third level of the pivot view so all visual elements display correctly.

  • STAC-1490: Resolved a deployment issue that caused E2E tests to fail on Heroku.

  • STAC-1506: Updated the default color scheme to align with Atlassian’s standard colors for a more familiar and consistent look.

  • STAC-1505: Improved and refactored E2E tests to work with the new search routes, increasing test reliability.

  • STAC-1487: Completed testing for Data Center to ensure the app works as expected ahead of the testing deadline.
