Bug fixes

• STAC-1511: Fixed an issue where opening a Jira issue from the Tiles view could sometimes lead to an invalid page or an error (for example, showing “Cannot GET /null” or a URL ending with “/null”), especially in specific cases such as working with key–value type data. After this fix, tiles should consistently open the correct related Jira issues.
