Summary

This release makes SLA views more reliable and easier to understand, so you can quickly trust what you see when tracking service performance.

Bug fixes

  • STAC-1587: Fixed an issue where sorting by name in SLA views did not work correctly when certain grouping options were used, so lists now appear in the expected order.

  • STAC-1586: Resolved a problem that caused SLA statuses (such as breached and met) to appear duplicated in some stacked views, so your SLA totals now accurately reflect what happened.

  • STAC-1577: Corrected a problem where the “Sort by Name” option did not work in the “SLA – Is Breached” view, ensuring items are consistently sorted by name.
