Bug fixes

• STAC-1607: Fixed an issue where very detailed time-based report settings could fail to save when configuring 12 months of data by hour.

• STAC-1606: Updated the “Today” option in relative date ranges so it now consistently includes the full day, giving you complete and accurate results for current-day reporting.
