Cloud Fortified App
The Cloud Fortified Apps Program is an Atlassian Marketplace initiative designed to ensure that cloud apps meet a set of enterprise-readiness criteria in the areas of security, reliability, and support.
As a participant in this program, the Performance Objectives app complies with the program’s requirements, which include:
Security requirements: participation in the Marketplace Security Bug Bounty Program and completion of the Privacy & Security tab in the Marketplace listing.
Reliability requirements: adherence to Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for SLIs defined by Atlassian, compliance with production readiness requirements, and implementation of an incident management process.
Support requirements: provision and maintenance of a primary point of contact for customer support requests raised via Atlassian Support, along with commitment to defined response times for critical issues.
