System Reports
Overview
The System Reports section is accessible exclusively to User Activity app administrators.
These reports provide a consolidated view of system-level activities across the Jira instance, helping administrators track configuration-related changes.
Reports created here are visible to all app administrators by default and cannot be shared with non-admin users of the app.
System reports cannot be added to Jira dashboards.
Supported activities
System reports allow filtering by Space only and cover the following activities:

This is not a complete list of all Jira system activities, but only those currently tracked by the User Activity Timeline app.
Visualization
System Reports differ from My Activity and Team Activity reports in how their data is presented. The overview is displayed as a heatmap only, and the detailed data breakdown is available in table format.
The table includes the following information: Timestamp, Activity, Details, Author, Space, and a More column that provides additional context and links to the relevant Jira location.
