Report settings

Use the Report section of the settings to manage days history, max reports per user, max users per report, the default report color, or the week start day for your activity reports:

Report configuration options:

  1. Week start day: Specifies which day starts your work week (e.g., Sunday, Monday, or else). This determines the first column displayed in activity heatmaps.

  2. Days history: Defaults to 365 days.

  • When the app is first installed, it processes data for the past 365 days. You can reduce this duration in the 'Days history' settings to fit your needs, but it cannot exceed the 365-day limit.

  • For projects with more than 10,000 work items within the 'Days history' period (default 365), only the most recent 10,000 work items are processed.

  • The app always reports within a maximum 365-day rolling window (or within the custom history window set in the app administration). As the reporting window moves forward, data older than this window is no longer accessible in app reports.

  • System events data and Most / Least active stats data are cleared weekly when older than 'Days history'.

  • If you install the app on Nov 1, 2025, with a ‘Days history’ window of 365 days, the activity reports will initially include data going back to Oct 31, 2024 for projects with less than 10k work items.

  • One month later, on 1 Dec 2025, the reports will show data going back to Nov 30, 2024, as the 365-day rolling window moves forward. Data older than this window is automatically hidden from reports.

  1. Max reports per user: Limits the number of saved reports a single user can create (Maximum: 50).

  2. Max users per report: Limits the number of users that can be included in a single report (Maximum: 50).

  3. Default color: Set the default report color from 10 available options.
