Target Set as % Change of Metric

The Percent Change target type allows you to establish a target metric change as a defined percentage of the same or another metric. This target type is ideal for measuring improvements compared to the previous period or for making comparisons between different segments, as it is based on dynamic data.
% Change target can be measured as:
Full metric data (or overall) - shows percent completion against full metric data
Per x-axis item (or inline) - shows completion against target for each x-axis item (displayed field)
You can specify whether exceeding the target should be considered Good or Bad and undesirable, in the sense that the target value represents a maximum threshold.
