Cycles in Sprint vs Number of Issues

Cycles in Sprint vs Number of Issues

Compare the number of cycles each issue undergoes in a sprint with the total number of issues displayed in the Multi Metric Combined gadget. This report helps visualize the relationship between issue complexity (measured by cycles) and overall sprint workload, providing insights into team efficiency and task distribution.

The gadget used for this configuration is the Multi Metric Combined Chart gadget.

Step 1: In the Data Source, disable the Date Range and filter the project you wish to analyze.

Step 2: Add the 'Number of issues' metric and specify on which y-axis scale it should be represented. Add a second metric - 'Cycles in sprint' and specify the Average calculation for it. In our sample, we have positioned the second metric on the right axis and visualized it as a trend line.

Step 3: For Display by, select the Sprint field and choose the sprint board you wish to analyze.
