Average Time From Resolved to Due Date
Step 1: Define your Data Source.
Step 2: Choose the ‘Time between’ metric from the available options.
Select “Resolved” as the “From date” field.
For the “To date” field, choose “Due Date”.
Pick a custom work calendar.
Step 3: Switch to Average calculation
Step 4: Display by any relevant field. In our sample, it is ‘Organizations’. The negative result on the chart indicates the average overdue time for this organization.
