Step 1: Add a data source.

Step 2: Keep the default metric ‘Number of issues’.

Step 3: Display by Assignee.

Step 4: Stack by ‘Time to resolution (SLA) - is Breached’.

The "Breached & Met" result for reported issues in a stacked chart can occur under certain conditions related to the SLA. This result indicates that an issue has experienced both a breach and a comply within the SLA timeframe at different points in its lifecycle. This could happen if an issue is handled, resolved, and then reopened for further action, leading to different SLA outcomes during each handling phase.
