Number of Affected Services by Reporter

This report visualizes the number of affected services reported by each team meber, displayed in a heatmap format. It helps identify which reporters are raising issues across different services, providing valuable insights into potential service impact and reporter activity.

The gadget used for report is the Heat Map gadget.

Step 1: Add a data source.

Step 2: Keep the default metric selection as ‘Number of issues’.

Step 3: Horizontal by ‘Reporter’.

Step 4: Vertical by ‘Affected Services Name’ custom field.
