Average Issue Flow

This report calculates the average number of issues created over a specific period (in our sample per day). It provides insights into the volume of new tasks or requests being generated, helping teams understand workload trends and plan for resource allocation accordingly.

Step 1: Add a data source.

Step 2: Keep the default metric selection as ‘Number of issues’.

Step 3: Switch from Sum to Average calculation and average by ‘Created’ by Day.

Step 4: Display by ‘Created’ and specify “by Hour”.
