Number of Issues Aged 5+ Days

This report counts only the issues that have been unresolved for more than 5 days, using a conditional metric. The data is displayed by status, helping teams identify and focus on aging issues that may need immediate attention to prevent delays in resolution.

Step 1: Turn off the date range, filter and select the project and statuses indicating open issues you want to analyze.

Step 2: Switch from the Basic metric to the Conditional metric and add ‘Time since’ - Created. Provide a custom name and use the expression if(P>5,1,0) to count only issues that have been unresolved for more than 5 days.

Step 3: For the 'Display by' option, choose 'Status' or another relevant field.
