Support Requests by Day of Week
This report visualizes the volume of support requests received each day of the week in a circular gadget format, where each segment represents a part of the whole. It helps teams understand the distribution of requests across the week, enabling more effective resource planning and prioritization based on peak activity days.
Step 1: Add a data source.
Step 2: Keep the default metric selection as ‘Number of issues’.
Step 3: For Level 1 select ‘Created’ by Day field.
Step 4: Switch from Pie to Donut chart type.
